When you store your property with MJP Self Storage you can rest assured that we will provide your items with the utmost care. No matter what you store with us, our units are designed to protect your stuff. However, even the most secure and well-built facility can be damaged by a catastrophe.
To further protect your valuables, we require that your stored contents are insured. Homeowner's insurance may include personal property coverage to protect your belongings from certain risks up to the coverage limits in your policy. This type of protection may cover your belongings even while not physically located at your home.
If you don't currently have insurance, you may enroll in our third-party tenant property insurance program for a coverage amount that meets your needs. We have partnered with Property First Group LP and its' Bader Insurance program to provide a contents insurance solution with great coverage and affordable prices for your valuables.
