Where are you located?

Our facility is located at 4321 West Eisenhower Blvd, Loveland, Colorado 80537. We’re just west of the city, right next to Rainbow Plaza and down the street from Jamoka Joe.

How do I rent a storage unit?

There are two ways to rent. 1) Visit our onsite kiosk available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or 2) Call 970-284-3151 and our staff will help complete the lease agreement. You can also visit our location page to check availability here: Rent Now

When can I move in?

With our 24-hour kiosk, as long as we have a storage unit available to meet your unique needs, you can rent a unit anytime and move-in during our access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We request that you give us thirty days written notice before move out.

What are your access hours?

You’ll enjoy extended access hours between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. every day of the week.

What documentation do I need to provide when renting a space?

We require a driver's license or state-issued ID card.

How do I use the kiosk?

Our 24-hour kiosk is always available to help you rent a unit, pay your bill, and view your rental agreement information. Just follow the directions on the touchscreen.

How do I make a payment?

You may make a payment at our onsite kiosk, over the phone, by mail or on our website. You may also have payments automatically charged to your credit card or bank account monthly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Cash is accepted at our onsite kiosk.

How much storage space will I need?

Do I need to bring my own lock?

You may purchase a disc lock from our onsite kiosk. Disc locks are the most secure locks for self-storage applications.

Do you have a place for me to store my boat, trailer, or RV?

Our 10’x20’ or our 10’x25’ units are the perfect size to accommodate many trailers and campers.

Are there any items I am NOT able to store?

Perishables, food, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, and toxic materials are not allowed.

Does someone need to let me through the security gate?

No. When you rent a storage space from us, you will receive your own security gate code that will allow you access to your unit.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

We do not offer packing supplies or moving equipment at our facility.
